The CSI vendor of the Volante Sit-Stand Workstation and its manufacturer Knape & Vogt have voluntarily recalled the product and a free fix will be made at no cost to the customer. Please see more information here.

You can call 1-888-667-1501 to schedule a field fix. If you do not want to call them directly, the company already has your contact information and they will call you to schedule the field fix.
